Thank you for shopping with us at Canvas Prints Canada! For questions or concerns regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns please review our policies below. These policies are applicable to all products listed on our website.
Return & Exchange Policy
As per the Canadian Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to return any faulty product you have bought online or in-store within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund. Canadian businesses are, however, not obliged to accept the return of purchased items if they are not defective.
However, at Canvas Prints Canada, we provide our customers with the liberty to return or exchange items even if they aren’t defective! We believe in fostering long-term relationships with all our clients and as such, If you are unhappy with our product, for any reason, we don’t want you to have a bad experience.
Please note that in order for your product to be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be in their original packing, unused, and in pristine condition. Items that are tampered with or used are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We also reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of highly personalized or customized prints.
We allow our customers a 30-day period after they have received their canvas prints to ask for a refund or exchange. Once the return is confirmed, we provide another 30 days for them to ship the product back to us.
Customers are responsible for any charges and risks associated with returning items. If you are planning on mailing the items back you should do so at the following address:

Canvas Prints Canada is not responsible for any items that are damaged or lost in return shipments. This is why we recommend all our customers use an insured and trackable mail service to avoid complications. We can’t issue a refund or exchange unless the purchased items are shipped back to us in the same condition that they were received in.

Order Cancelation & Refund Policy
You reserve the right to cancel your order and ask for a full refund, 30 days from the day you received your canvas print in the mail.
You do not need to provide any reason for cancelling and will be issued a full refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during checkout. No fees with be charged for any reimbursements made.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds of highly customized and personalized canvas prints. In such instances, a partial refund may be issued.

Gifted Items
If the item purchased was sent as a gift, then in that case, once the gift is returned back to us we will ship out a gift certificate of the same value. That way the receiver of the gift can buy whatever they want through our website of equal value and have it shipped directly to them.
